PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
The project includes the design
and execution of piling and pile caps to foundations and site works
for the Redevelopment of Yau Tong Estate Phase 2 for the Hong Kong
Housing Authority.
It consists of:
－The
design and execution of 54 nos of 2.3m diameter bored pile and pile
caps to foundations to sustain the imposed loads for two 41-storey
Harmony 1 (option 5) blocks.
－The
construction of a single-storey compound transformer and switch
room and associated external works.
－Modification
of an existing platform.

－ 設計並建造54個直徑2.3米鑽孔灌注樁，作為 兩座41層高和諧式住宅樓（方案5）的基礎。
－建造一座單層變電開關房及其室外工程。
